Crescent Vitalis began as a small group of friends brought together by lived experience with sickle cell.
What started as honest conversations about pain, survival, and hope quickly became something more: a safe space where warriors could be seen, heard, and understood.
But the journey was not without loss.
Some of the very voices that helped shape this vision are no longer with us. Their absence transformed this community into more than just support rather it became a responsibility.
Today, Crescent Vitalis stands as both remembrance and resolve:
a commitment to continue what they started, and to ensure that no warrior walks alone.
